Each order is reviewed and handset by a professional designer. In addition to our cutting-edge personalization and preview features on our web site, we also offer optional customizations of your font, color and layout design for a small fee as an added service to our customers; as well as an electronic proof of your customizations for your review prior to printing.

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Additionally, we understand that special circumstances may occur such as a venue change. We are happy to assist you with your reorder, please phone our customer service department to discuss your options.

We strive to offer you the best possible customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund less applicable fees.

We go out of our way to make sure your stationery arrives in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. Customizations

We take great pride in providing you with high quality, personalized stationery. To that end, we are happy to customize many parts of our cards to make them exactly what you'd like. Some of these customizations require additional work to the actual art file, and thus we charge a small customization fee.

Please note that we offer limited customizations for our letterpress product line at this time. See below for a summary of the customization we offer for our wedding collections and the associated cost.
Complimentary Services
Fonts: Signature Collection LatterPress Collection
Your font/text color may be changed free of charge to black, brown & white x n/a
Changing the font style or font color to one already available for the chosen design. x x
if your card has two typestyle and you later decide to use only one of the typestyles, no customization fee is charged. x x
Invitation Suites: Signature Collection Latterpress Collection
Some ensembles have dard backgrounds and thus the matching response card is reversed since it will be written on you can request to have your suite changed to match the reponse card. x n/a
  Restrictions:Please note that ensemble cards cannot substituted for any other cards in our wedding suites.
Proofs: Signature Collection Letterpress Collection
Your order comes with a complimentary proof, we will provide two proof revisions consisting of text changes or standard layout modifications free of charge. x x
  Customization Charges
A $5 customization charge is applied for:
  Signature Collection LatterPress Collection
Up to 5 lines of additional text on a Thank You card x x
A ptoto change requested by the customer after the initial order has entered the production stages. x n/a
Changing the card color to one already offered for that design once it is has entered the production stages. x x
  A $15 custom design charge is applied for each the following customization

Requesting a font color that is not a color already offered on the design or black, brown, or white x n/a
Requesting a typestyle not already available on your card for your chosed design. x n/a

If you would like to see more than one version of your card at the same time there will be a charge for the proof along with any non-refundable customization fees that apply.

  Restrictions: This is not available for all designs. Please consult with our customer service team for further information.
Changing to a new desing after a proof of your original

  Restrictions: Please note that due to copyright laws, graphics from one card may not be added to another card, we cannot add clopart or images submitted by a customer to any cards, and we cannot add photos to non-photo cards.

Postcards:

* We currently do not have postcard response for our letterpress wedding suites.
* For our Signature wedding suites, if a wedding ensemble only offers a postcard response, we cannot change to a standard response card with an
nvelope or vice versa.

Menus and programs:

  • We currently do not have samples of menus or programs for any of our wedding collections.
  • For our Signature line, to repurpose an ensemble card to a menu or program, a $15 customization charge will be applied to your order.

Non-matching wedding components:

We do not allow orders of components from non-matching suites for our letterpress line.

To order components from non-matching suites in our Signature line, a $15.00 customization charge per change will be applied to your order to achieve color and font matching. Please check for the same typestyle design and background color.

Cancellations
A $25 cancellation fee applies:

Should we not receive a response to an electronic proof within 45 days from the day your order is placed. The order will be cancelled automatically and arefund will be issued less customizations, rush and proof processing.
Request to cancel your order is received while it is in production status (a designer has completed the setting of your order).

Reorders
If you would like to purchase additional quantities of your order, please contact customer service and we will be happy to process your order at the list price.

Reordering
We understand that special circumstances may occur such as a venue change and offer the following options for these special circumstances.

Changes in your order BEFORE it is approved:
Your order comes with a complimentary proof. We will provide two proof revisions consisting of text changes or standard layout modifications free of charge. You are able to make unlimited changes to your order during this proof process before your order goes to press.

Changes in your order AFTER it is approved:
If a proof has been approved but contains a customer error(s) OR if changes are requested after the order is printed, shipped or delivered, we will work with you to correct the error and make the changes and reprint your reorder at a 40% discount for products in our Signature Collection and 50% for products in our Letterpress Collection. We will provide a complimentary, updated proof which will require your approval to ensure that errors are corrected before we proceed with the reprint.

Reordering with Customizations:

An order placed within the last 45 days, will have the final art on file. Therefore customization fees will not apply.
Orders placed more than 45 days ago, will no longer have your final art on file so a new order must be created and customization fees will be applied to your reorder.

Reprints:
Errors made by WeddingPaperDivas.com:
If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff or vendor, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you, or you may choose to keep the order as is and we will apply a 25% discount to the order.

Refunds:
We will make every effort to insure that your order is processed efficiently. However, in the event that:

You are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund
less applicable fees.
Your order arrives 30 days late due to an error on our end or the shipping courier, we will refund your entire order including shipping
Your package was shipped incorrectly and will miss the latest delivery date, we will upgrade to the appropriate shipping method or refund your shipping.
Please note, if you choose to use a photo that our specialists have recommended against, and you are not happy with the photo on the final product, we cannot offer a refund.

Note: Applicable fees are defined as $25 cancellation fee, shipping, customization, and rush fees if they apply.
